To Start

Help yourself to a selection of cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit salad, fruit juice and freshly baked muffins.Porridge is also served, plain or with your choice of cream, brown sugar or even a tot of whisky.

 

To Follow

The full Scottish, including  sausage, bacon, Stornoway black pudding, haggis, mushrooms, tomatoes, baked beans and free range eggs, either fried, poached or scrambled.

Freshly brewed java blend coffee and a selection of teas.

We have a Visit Scotland Taste Our Best award, this means that we strive for sustainability, sourcing food locally where possible to keep food miles to a minimum, and using quality ingredients of Scottish provenance and the freshest seasonal produce. As an example we only use smoked salmon from a local smoke house and we serve  the award winning Charley Barley’s Stornoway black pudding from the Isle of Lewis. Our eggs could not be more local as they come from our own happy hens and ducks.
